Coca-Cola Games: Kadavu athletes arrive safely for games

KADAVU Provincial Secondary School head of PEMAC says their delay in passage to the mainland has only strengthened their resolve heading into the 2019 Coca Cola Games next week.

“We arrived later than we had planned and we have missed out on the opportunity to condition our athletes at the ANZ Stadium before the games, Tabakau said at their base camp at Mead Road Hall in Nabua.

“But this we have taken as a challenge and our athletes will commit themselves in all events they participate in.”

Fifteen athletes will represent the school at the nation’s biggest athletics meet.

“We thank the parents friends and the old scholars here and abroad for their tremendous support.”
